Dehydrator experiment #1 - Bacon jerky

So I'm digging the food dehydrator, so I wanna see what I can dry up and how I can improve some of he food. Last night I put half a pound of bacon in the dehydrator. After 14 hours the meat part is dry enough, but the fat part is still soft. I had to stop the dehydrator because I was cooking so I'll have to start it again to see how far I can take this bacon.

Bon... une recette pour souper...

Nous adorons la soupe aux tortillas mexicaine. C'est tellement bon pour réchauffer à l'intérieur.
